The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Higgins doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Nice shot lands for Fitzgerald.
Higgins is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Fitzgerald moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Thaddeus Fitzgerald!
