Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Walter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crash Bandicoot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bandicoot is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Crash Bandicoot: Jungle Rollers Remix. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 22 - 0, fighting out of London, Peter Walter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Crash Bandicoot!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Illya Tyunina and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walter scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Walter shoots in looking for a takedown but Bandicoot manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Walter's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Walter clinches with his opponent.
Bandicoot looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Bandicoot is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Walter pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Walter fails to land with a series of punches.
Horrible takedown attempt by Bandicoot or perhaps it was just good defense by Walter, which made it look bad.
Walter swats away the attempt to clinch by Bandicoot.

Walter closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Walter lands in his opponent's guard.

Walter has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Walter's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Bandicoot is trying to keep Walter in close.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Walter tries to clinch up.

Bandicoot clinches up with Walter and pushes him back against the cage.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Bandicoot.

and Walter counters by moving into the clinch.

Walter manages to pull guard.

Walter wants to stand and escape but Bandicoot is having none of it.
Bandicoot wants to control from the top but Walter keeps moving.
Walter is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Bandicoot dives into side control.

Walter is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Bandicoot is trying to move to mount but Walter reverses beautifully and ends up in Bandicoot's guard.
Walter tries to free his leg and advance position but Bandicoot is retaining full guard.
Bandicoot manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Walter manages to get himself to full guard.

Walter wants to stand but Bandicoot is controlling the position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bandicoot accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Walter manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Walter thuds a left hand into Bandicoot's body.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bandicoot shoots in but no luck this time.
Peter Walter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Crash Bandicoot.
Walter lands a lovely overhand right.
Walter looks to land a combination but Bandicoot avoids it well.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bandicoot walks forward, straight into a front kick from Walter.
Walter fails to land the takedown.

Bandicoot rushes Walter and presses him up against the cage.
Bandicoot tries to score a body lock takedown but Walter shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Walter misses with a knee strike.
Walter slowing the pace effectively.

Walter pulls guard successfully.
Bandicoot stops Walter from standing up.

Walter scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Walter gets tackled into the cage by Bandicoot. Bandicoot maintains the clinch.

Walter breaks the clinch.

Walter moves into range and clinches up with Bandicoot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Peter Walter dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Walter tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bandicoot swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Walter clinches up with Bandicoot and pushes him back against the cage.
Walter misses with a knee to the head.

Bandicoot trying to control the position but instead, Walter has worked for underhooks and has pushed Bandicoot into the cage.

Bandicoot is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Horrible takedown attempt by Walter or perhaps it was just good defense by Bandicoot, which made it look bad.

It looks like Crash Bandicoot has been cut.
Walter keeps the fight on the outside.

Bandicoot takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

We've been hearing that Walter has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Walter passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Bandicoot!

You can see the frustration on Bandicoot's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Bandicoot sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Still in half guard, Walter seems content to control.
Walter is thwarting Bandicoot's attempts to control the position.
Bandicoot is trying to stand up here but Walter is controlling him well.
Walter has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

and Walter counters with a left and a right that stings Bandicoot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Crash Bandicoot's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!


Walter throws a right and a left that both miss.
Walter throws a head kick but Bandicoot moves out of range.

Bandicoot moves into range and clinches up with Walter.
Walter lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!


That has opened up Crash Bandicoot's cut even more.
Bandicoot is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Peter Walter has scored more points in the clinch so far.
Walter misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Walter on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Walter gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Bandicoot regains guard.

Walter stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bandicoot swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Walter has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Bandicoot escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Walter gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Walter wants to control from the top but Bandicoot keeps moving.
Walter is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Peter Walter overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Bandicoot is refusing to be controlled, as Walter sits in half guard.

Walter is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Bandicoot has managed to free his arm - good work.

Bandicoot is looking to control Walter's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bandicoot avoid being mounted?

Walter decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

Peter Walter is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Bandicoot tries to clinch up but Walter circles away and keeps his distance.

Walter darts in and clinches Bandicoot up against the cage.

Walter is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Walter connects with a body shot that sends Bandicoot's belly button to the back.
Bandicoot shoots for a double leg takedown but Walter sprawls well. He's pushed Bandicoot's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The fight stays on the outside here - Bandicoot looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
