James comes into a darkened arena with his song building. iPhone - Ringtone (MetroGnome Remix) kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Lynwood Pace has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James works over Pace's head and body with a nice combination.
Jesse James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

James feints and as Pace raises his hands in defense, James changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

James throws a nice looking combination but Pace bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pace is defended easily by James.

James drives through with a takedown into Pace's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

James closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
James tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
James thows a huge punch but Pace dodges it nicely.

Pace manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. James keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Pace tries to pull guard but James forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Pace jumps guard but James turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
James is looking to break free of the clinch but Pace has double underhooks.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Pace jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as James walks away with a smile on his face. Pace gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lynwood Pace. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Jesse James spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
