The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stalker is trying to force a seperation but Griffith has the dominant position.

Stalker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Griffith cracks Stalker with an open hand slap.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stalker dives in for a single leg takedown but Griffith sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Griffith is trying to trip Stalker. He has hold of a leg but Stalker is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Griffith persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Stalker is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Griffith defends well.

Griffith gets to his feet - Stalker follows without any prompting.

Stalker lands a left and a right that send Griffith crashing to the mat, dazed. Stalker thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
