Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Felipe Paraventi and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffith gets a takedown into half guard.
Pitbull trying to hold on to Griffith's head to control him but Griffith postures up.
Pitbull tries to roll over but Griffith keeps him under control.
Pitbull is trying to stand back up but Griffith is controlling him
Griffith with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Pitbull wants to control but Griffith is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Harvey Griffith just wasn't active enough.
Pitbull misses with a wild combination.
Pitbull closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Griffith to the mat! Griffith manages to get full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pitbull postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Griffith wants to stand up but Pitbull is controlling him.
Pitbull throwing strikes but missing.
Pitbull prevents Griffith from getting back to his feet.
Pitbull got a little sloppy there for a moment and Griffith has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pitbull has managed to get both his arms back between Griffith's legs - danger averted.
Pitbull slips nicely into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pitbull prevents Griffith from improving his position.
Pitbull tries to pass to full mount but Griffith defends it.
Pitbull seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Pitbull is looking to take a break and control but Griffith is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Pitbull is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Griffith!
The referee warns Griffith that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Griffith wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Pitbull.
Pitbull lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Griffith hang on?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Griffith tries to lock up and control but Pitbull gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Pitbull cracks Griffith with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Griffith is breathing heavily.
Pitbull thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Pitbull lands a heavy elbow.
Griffith is desperately trying to improve his position but Pitbull has a good base and remains in mount.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Pitbull cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Griffith is rocked!
Pitbull landing strikes from the mount and Griffith is in trouble!
Oh Griffith is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pitbull looking to isolate an arm here. Griffith doesn't see it coming and as Pitbull extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Pitbull!
