The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morales throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Banks shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Banks slows the pace down in half guard.
Banks wants to take a breather but Morales is having none of it.
Morales is looking to escape.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jonathon Banks wasn't active enough on the ground.
Banks goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Morales feints a jab promting Banks to slip. Morales then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Banks slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Banks shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Morales is trying to defend but Banks finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Morales really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
