The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batson lands a nice hook to Tunjic's body. Tunjic takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Batson connects with a single shot there.
Batson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Batson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Tunjic ducks under a wild hook from Batson.
Tunjic lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Tunjic digs a good body shot into Batson's ribs.
Tunjic throws a leg kick which misses Batson's front leg but catches the back leg as Batson tries to avoid it.

Batson sizes up Tunjic with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Tunjic throws a jab but it's blocked by Batson.

Tunjic throws a nice looking combination but Batson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Batson throws a hook to the side of Tunjic's head but Tunjic sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Tunjic shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Batson as he avoids it easily.
A swing and a miss from Tunjic.
Tunjic throws a body shot but no joy.
Tunjic seems to have recovered his senses.
Tunjic misses with a wild body shot.
Tunjic is looking to clinch.
Batson misses with a two punch combination.

A lazy left from Batson finds it's target.
Bill Batson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Batson throws the kick towards the body but Tunjic avoids it.

Batson drops Tunjic with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Tunjic looks back up at him and smiles so Batson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tunjic. Batson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ivan Tunjic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tunjic misses with a series of wild punches.
Batson checks a leg kick nicely.
Batson feints and then cracks Tunjic's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Tunjic down.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tunjic throws a leg kick but Batson sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Batson lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Tunjic is looking to close the distance but Batson sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Tunjic crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Tunjic is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
