Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anya Oley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronaldo Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reynolds looks to score with a jab to the body but Oley is just out of range.
Reynolds throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Reynolds misses with a straight left.

Oley feints and as Reynolds raises his hands in defense, Oley changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Oley is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Reynolds is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Reynolds has escaped and now he's on top!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oley has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Reynolds can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Reynolds got a little sloppy there for a moment and Oley has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Reynolds has managed to get both his arms back between Oley's legs - danger averted.
Reynolds is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Oley had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Reynolds defends it easily.

Reynolds is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Oley.

and Oley decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Reynolds's guard.
Oley wants to control from the top but Reynolds keeps moving.

That was a close round but I would say that Anya Oley will probably get the nod.

Oley seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Reynolds does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Oley is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Reynolds still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Reynolds has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Reynolds's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Oley connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Reynolds scrambles back to his feet.

Some bone on bone action there as Reynolds checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Oley has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Oley there as he acknowledges the shot.

Reynolds throws a lazy right hand but Oley sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Ronaldo Reynolds showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Reynolds lands with a big left! Oley is wobbled badly! Reynolds comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Oley to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

During a confident post fight interview, Ronaldo Reynolds thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
