Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Merridew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roque Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tired and clearly flustered, he entered the arena late and after a little discussion it was decided that the bout should take place.

The crowd seem to be enjoying Johnson's choice of entrance music: Never Go Where the Pagans Go (Warrior King). Jack Merridew could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Roque Johnson's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Johnson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
