Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ping Lin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yohan Machado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Ping Lin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Yohan Machado!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lin feints and then cracks Machado's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Machado down.
Lin throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Lin swings for the body but Machado moves out of range.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lin.
Ping Lin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lin scores with a shot to the body.
Lin throws a half hearted mid kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A nice leg kick lands there from Lin.
Machado tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lin swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Machado shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lin as he avoids it easily.
Lin throws a low kick but Machado avoids it.

Lin circles away from the clinch attempt.
Lin swings for the body but Machado moves out of range.
A head kick misses from Lin.
Lin throws the kick towards the body but Machado avoids it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lin finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Machado doesn't manage to clinch there - Lin circles away.
Lin fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Machado.
Machado shoots in looking for a takedown but Lin manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Machado's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Ping Lin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yohan Machado.
Machado shoots in but no luck this time.
Machado is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Machado tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lin sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Machado somewhat.

Lin cracks Machado with a big right hand and Machado goes down!

It looks like Yohan Machado has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Lin passes into half guard.
Lin has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Lin looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Machado covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ping Lin!
Ping Lin opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
