The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Morris drives through and clinches with Sakay against the cage.
Sakay looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Morris manages to break the clinch.

and Morris connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Macario Sakay has been cut.

and Morris counters with a crisp one two that drops Sakay! Morris thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Sakay to his feet! Sakay is in big trouble!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Morris feints with a jab and clips Sakay right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Sakay is sent crashing into the canvas and Morris leaps in for the kill! Sakay tries to get to his feet but Morris is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Sakay is in need of a savior and steps in!
