Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gus Dengel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anzhor Azhiev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dengel's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Papillon. Anzhor Azhiev will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

With a record of 10 - 37 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Anzhor Azhiev!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dengel turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Azhiev gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Dengel to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Dengel controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Dengel trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Azhiev is looking for a triangle here but Dengel uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

Dengel is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Azhiev knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Dengel wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Azhiev, who protects the arm well.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Dengel thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Dengel has an Americana. Azhiev didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Dengel is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Dengel hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

After winning the bout, Gus Dengel thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Anzhor Azhiev was interviewed post fight and said 'I still want that title shot. Im the most experienced fighter here and everyday wants to see me smash the champ so lets do it whenever he starts ducking me.'.
