Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Soz Sztrova (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sun Kato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sztrova kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is In Flames - Delight and Anger. Kato is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: STILL BALLIN. Soz Sztrova has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 34 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sun Kato!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Wagner Zegers and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kato throws a half hearted mid kick.
Kato keeps the fight on the outside.
Sztrova tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Kato manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kato connects with a right hand. Sztrova shakes it off.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Sztrova crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kato - the referee stops the clock and Sztrova gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kato. Sztrova manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Sztrova throws a shot from downtown. Kato moves away and avoids it.
Kato lands a jab.
Sztrova throws a series of punches but Kato avoids them all with ease.
Sztrova tries to clinch but Kato is having none of it.
Kato dodges the punch combination from Sztrova.
A slapping leg kick lands for Kato.
Nice body punch from Kato.
Kato throws a leg kick which misses Sztrova's front leg but catches the back leg as Sztrova tries to avoid it.
Sztrova tries to clinch but Kato moves out of range.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sztrova darts in trying to clinch
and Kato counters with a stiff right hand.
Nice body kick there by Kato.
Kato lands with an uppercut that bounces Sztrova off the cage and back into range.

It looks like Soz Sztrova has been cut.
Sztrova looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kato lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Sztrova swinging wildly here.
Sztrova misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sztrova is breathing heavily.
A lazy left from Sztrova finds it's target.
Sztrova takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Sztrova on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Kato lands a big head kick that sends Sztrova tumbling to the mat! Kato takes a step backwards and waves Sztrova back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Sztrova is rocked!

Kato uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sztrova.
Oh Sztrova is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sztrova tries to clinch up.
Sztrova gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Kato points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Sztrova wakes up just in time to hear Kato thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sun Kato!
During a confident post fight interview, Sun Kato thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
