Sackett rushes Rington and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
We've been informed that Sackett has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

I was talking to Rington 's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Sackett connects with a leg kick. Rington looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

and Rington counters with a nice leg kick.
Logan Sackett is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Sackett shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Rington tries to land a leg kick but Sackett saw it coming and moves away.

Sackett scores with a head kick. Rington tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Sackett lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Rington up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Sackett from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Rington 's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
