Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Waylon Barrera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vinny Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Waylon Barrera!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vinny Mack!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Franklyn Lucas and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mack tries to clinch but Barrera is having none of it.
Barrera uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mack.
Mack tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Mack tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Barrera counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Barrera.
Barrera jumps guard but Mack turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Mack is trying to break the clinch but Barrera is controlling him.
Barrera tries to pull guard but Mack won't allow it.
Mack has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

A frustrated look appears on Mack's face as he tries to break the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Barrera just leaning against Mack, taking a breather.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Mack.
It looks like Waylon Barrera has been cut.
Mack looking to throw knees to the head but Barrera is blocking nicely.
Barrera is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Mack to keep the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Waylon Barrera. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mack keeps control of Barrera as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Barrera pulls guard successfully.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Mack wanted to stand there but Barrera had control of the position.
Barrera has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Mack is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Mack throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Barreras head.
Mack escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Barrera changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mack tries to avoid it but Barrera manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mack to the ground. Mack escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mack fails in his attempt to clinch.
Mack throws a nice looking combination but Barrera bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Barrera really is a fat lump.
Mack takes the fight into the clinch.
Barrera managing to block the knees to the body from Mack.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Barrera tries to score a body lock takedown but Mack shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Mack breaks the clinch.
A shot to the liver by Mack. Beautiful body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Barrera gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Mack tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Barrera's elbow.
Barrera drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mack gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Mack pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Mack tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Mack tries to close the distance and clinch but Barrera swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Barrera fails with a takedown attempt.
Barrera shoots in looking for a takedown. Mack tries to sprawl out of it but Barrera keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mack manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mack lands a big head kick that sends Barrera tumbling to the mat! Mack takes a step backwards and waves Barrera back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Barrera is rocked!
Vinny Mack is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Mack throws a powerful right kick. Barrera tried to block low but the kick was high! Barrera was taken right off of his feet! Mack jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Vinny Mack!
