The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Page feints a jab promting Manta to slip. Page then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Manta slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Federico Manta has been cut.
Manta throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Page works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Page throws a nice outside leg kick.
Manta thuds his shin into the meat of Page's side.
Page misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Manta.
That kick from Manta tenderised Page's leg. Page is trying to keep his angry face on.
We've been informed that Manta has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Page blocks the body kick.
Page cracks Manta with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Page has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Manta to stand back up!
Manta is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A decent looking body kick lands there for Page.
Manta is still on wobbly legs! Can Page finish him?
Page scores with a punch to the head.
Manta tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Manta goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Page ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Manta moves away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Page drops Manta with a big left hand! Manta is injured, injured bad! Page jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dennis Page!
Post fight, Dennis Page stared into the camera and said 'George Kelly the pikey is coming for you'.
