Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yank Christof (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Swaggy P (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Yank Christof has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Yank Christof seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Mauricio Rocha and Leandro Rodrigues.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swaggy P uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Christof has time to react.
The fighters circle momentarily. Swaggy P darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

It looks like Yank Christof has been cut.
Christof looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Good exchange - Swaggy P coming out on top.
Christof tries for a takedown but Swaggy P sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Christof drives through with a takedown into guard.

Christof stands up from Swaggy P's guard - Christof perhaps looking for a knockout.

Swaggy P gets caught flat footed, as Christof shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Swaggy P is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Christof trying to control the position from guard on top but Swaggy P is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Christof is really struggling to control Swaggy P but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Swaggy P really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Christof. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Swaggy P is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Christof defends well.

Swaggy P looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Christof drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Christof jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Swaggy P is looking for a triangle but Christof pushes his legs off easily.
Christof wants to control from the top but Swaggy P keeps moving.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Christof closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Swaggy P did well to prevent Christof getting side control.
We've been hearing that Christof has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Swaggy P is trying to maintain the position but Christof is very close to passing his half guard.
Christof not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Christof is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Christof is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Swaggy P is just riding it out for now. Christof eventually gives up the hold.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Christof's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Christof shoots in for a double leg but Swaggy P sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Christof takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Christof closes the distance and pushes Swaggy P back into the cage.
Swaggy P wants to break free but Christof has control.

Christof breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Swaggy P tests Christof's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Christof fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Swaggy P avoids it really well and circles away.
A head kick misses from Christof.

Christof is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Swaggy P just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Christof has gone limp and this one is over!
