Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Giordano Bruno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jefferson Davis Hogg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bruno comes to the cage accompanied by Preliator. Hogg has chosen Last Ones Standing as his entrance music. Jefferson Davis Hogg told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Hogg lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Bruno here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Jefferson Davis Hogg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hogg lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bruno has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bruno and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Hogg creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Bruno just misses with a elbow thrown towards Hogg's brow.
