Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Kerrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vinnie Longworth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Daniel Kerrow!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vinnie Longworth!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kerrow is defended easily by Longworth.
Kerrow looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Longworth shoots in for a takedown but Kerrow shows good takedown defense.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Longworth darts in looking for a takedown but Kerrow gets double underhooks and turns Longworth into the cage.

Longworth has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Kerrow clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Longworth is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Kerrow knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Kerrow for a finish.

That's time! Kerrow's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Longworth takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Kerrow is staying active underneath Longworth, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Longworth seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Longworth is continuing to stall.
Longworth has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Kerrow on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kerrow tries to get out of the position.

Longworth is nestled in close to Kerrow, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Longworth looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Longworth connects with a nice short shot to Kerrow's temple.

Longworth scores with a big shot! Kerrow's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Kerrow! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

During a confident post fight interview, Vinnie Longworth thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
