Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shock Zhou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaice Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zhou throws a good cross that connects.

Gunn tries to bum rush Zhou with a series of wild strikes but Zhou uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

We've been informed that Gunn has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
No joy there for Gunn, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Horrible takedown attempt by Gunn or perhaps it was just good defense by Zhou, which made it look bad.

Gunn feints a jab promting Zhou to slip. Gunn then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Zhou slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Gunn is rocked!

Zhou cracks Gunn with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Zhou has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Gunn to stand back up!
Gunn is still on wobbly legs! Can Zhou finish him?
Gunn misses with a jab, cross combination.
Zhou throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Gunn stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Zhou circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Gunn tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Zhou wins by KO!
