The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hiczkok has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Ben clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Hiczkok working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Hiczkok drops back looking for a leg! Ben is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ben manages to kick Hiczkok off! Hiczkok jumps back into Ben's guard.
Ben is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
