The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller fails with the takedown.
Muller fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Miller shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Muller as he jumps to the side.
Miller shoots for a takedown but Muller saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Josh Miller. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Muller punishes Miller's body with a nice straight punch.
Miller shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Muller defends it nicely.
Muller closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Oh Miller is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Miller closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Muller moves into range and connects with a jab.
Miller shoots in looking for a takedown. Muller tries to sprawl out of it but Miller keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Muller manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Miller shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Muller as he avoids it easily.

Miller on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Miller throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Miller throws a push kick but Muller slaps the foot to one side.
Miller seems to have got his legs back now.
Miller is trying hard to land a takedown here. Muller sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Miller shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Muller sprawls well. Muller wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Miller gets slowly back to his feet.
Miller shoots in looking for a takedown but Muller manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Miller's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Muller is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
A combination from Muller does no damage.

Muller rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Miller moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Muller has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.

Miller has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Muller is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Miller yanks on the arm and Muller is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Miller.

After the fight, Josh Miller was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
