The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ojoos dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ojoos will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ojoos cracks Ulrich with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Ulrich uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ojoos.
Ojoos tries to bum rush Ulrich with a series of wild strikes but Ulrich uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Ulrich on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Ulrich's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Ojoos connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Ulrich scrambles back to his feet.
Ojoos fails to land with a series of punches.
Kangi Ojoos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ulrich gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

It looks like Javier Ulrich has been cut.
The fighters circle momentarily. Ojoos darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Javier Ulrich's cut is getting worse.
Ojoos cracks Ulrich's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Ulrich slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Ojoos can do further damage! This one is done, son!
