Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bobby Turner!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Ackerman and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGuiness dips to his left and cracks Turner with an uppercut!
We've been told by McGuiness's head coaches at Gorilla Warfare MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Horrible takedown attempt by Turner or perhaps it was just good defense by McGuiness, which made it look bad.
McGuiness lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Turner blocks a jab.
Turner takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
McGuiness throws a hook but Turner blocks it.

and McGuiness counters with a straight right hand.

McGuiness gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Liam McGuiness will probably get the nod.

Turner takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McGuiness cracks Turner with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Turner closes the distance and clinches up with McGuiness, looking for a takedown. Turner pushes McGuiness against the cage but McGuiness circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Turner manages to get an easy takedown there - catching McGuiness on his heels. He'll look to pass McGuiness's guard now, I'm sure.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Turner accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
McGuiness is trying to control the position but Turner postures up.

Turner dives in for a single leg takedown but McGuiness sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
McGuiness is pressed up against the cage. Turner has hold of a leg and is looking to drag McGuiness down to the mat. McGuiness avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Turner throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McGuiness's waist but McGuiness gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Turner off to one side.

McGuiness has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Turner is working away from the top position though.

BOOM! Turner connects with a massive shot to the dome!

McGuiness is rocked!

Turner jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… McGuiness is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by McGuiness and Turner has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Oh McGuiness is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Turner is trying to get an arm triangle but McGuiness is defending well.
Turner cracks McGuiness with an elbow. That is naaassty.

And that's the end of the fight!
Liam McGuiness showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for McGuiness, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
