The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruslanov shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Stampfer pinned against the cage. Stampfer gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ruslanov takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Ruslanov shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Stampfer as he jumps to the side.
Stampfer connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Stampfer fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Ruslanov on the side of the head.
Stampfer defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ruslanov.
Paul Stampfer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Timur Ruslanov.
Stampfer ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Ruslanov out cold! The fight is over!
