Michaels comes into the arena with Gimme Shelter blaring out of the sound system. Juntunen has chosen Lumessakahlaajat as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Juntunen misses with a looping right.
Michaels throws a leg kick that is checked
and Juntunen counters with a big head kick but Michaels shrugs it off.
Michaels throws the kick towards the body but Juntunen avoids it.
A clash of legs there as Juntunen blocks the low kick.
Michaels seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Juntunen clobbers Michaels with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Juntunen blocks a jab.
Michaels throws a hook but Juntunen blocks it.
Michaels throws a low kick but Juntunen avoids it.
Michaels is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Juntunen.
Michaels misses the shot to the body.
Juntunen takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
It looks like Tomi Juntunen has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Michaels throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Good work by Michaels as he checks the leg kick.
Michaels tests Juntunen's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Juntunen pushes Michaels against the cage. Juntunen is working some dirty boxing. Juntunen pushes off with a quick right hook! Michaels goes down! Michaels tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Juntunen moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

A relieved looking Tomi Juntunen thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
