The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poli is trying hard to land a takedown here. Churchill sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Poli tries for a takedown but Churchill circles away easily
and Churchill counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Nice uppercut lands for Churchill. That snapped Poli's head back.
Churchill lunges at Poli with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Poli's hand.
Poli gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Churchill.
Poli takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

and Poli takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Winston Churchill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oko Poli.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Poli is defended easily by Churchill.

Churchill wobbles Poli with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Churchill dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Poli to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!

After winning the bout, Winston Churchill thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
