Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Olaf Dagens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Shopionus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shopionus is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Truck stop - Baja maja. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ricky Shopionus!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dagens shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Shopionus has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Dagens fails with a takedown attempt.
Shopionus connects with a jab.
It looks like Olaf Dagens has been cut.
Shopionus stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Olaf Dagens. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Shopionus jabs at Dagens's body.
Dagens throws a head kick that misses.
Shopionus scores with a nice right hand.
Dagens takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Dagens darts in looking for a takedown but Shopionus gets double underhooks and turns Dagens into the cage.
Shopionus has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Dagens after a bit of a struggle.
Dagens taking a breather.
Dagens's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Shopionus digs a right hand into Dagens's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Dagens's gas tank.
Dagens is breathing heavily.
Dagens looking to stall.
Shopionus escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dagens misses with a leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Shopionus throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Ricky Shopionus is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Dagens is aggressively charging in as Shopionus backs up avoiding any damage. Shopionus tosses out a jab and Dagens runs right into it face first! Dagens is out cold! Shopionus dropped down on all fours and is barking in Dagens's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ricky Shopionus!
An out of breath Ricky Shopionus thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
