Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Irving Massimo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddie Fiddler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fiddler lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Massimo throws a right hand that Fiddler ducks under and follows up with a left that Fiddler also avoids with ease.
Massimo staying out of range there.
Massimo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fiddler swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A good leg kick by Fiddler.

Massimo has managed to clinch.

Fiddler's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Massimo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Fiddler moves away.
Massimo looks to throw the jab but Fiddler is out of range.
Fiddler throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Fiddler motions for Massimo to come forward. Fiddler throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Fiddler throws a wild body kick that Massimo sees coming a mile off.
Massimo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Fiddler sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Massimo counters by moving into the clinch.
Massimo blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Fiddler lands a hook that snaps the head of Massimo backwards.

Massimo just leaning against Fiddler, taking a breather.

Fiddler struggles to land a body shot inside as Massimo controls his hands.
Massimo misses with a hook from the clinch.

Fiddler breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fiddler lands with a shot to the body.
Fiddler fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Fiddler pivots, looking for a leg kick but Massimo is out of range and Fiddler settles back down.
Massimo drops his hands momentarily and Fiddler takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Massimo fails with an attempt to clinch.
Massimo moves forwards but Fiddler connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Fiddler looks for the body kick but Massimo saw that one coming.
Nice body kick there by Fiddler.
Fiddler scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Massimo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fiddler circles away.
Massimo is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The fighters circle momentarily. Fiddler darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Massimo avoids the body shot from Fiddler.
Fiddler tries to land a front kick but Massimo steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Massimo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fiddler.
Massimo jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Fiddler paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Horrible takedown attempt by Massimo or perhaps it was just good defense by Fiddler, which made it look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Irving Massimo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Massimo takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Fiddler with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Massimo swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Fiddler counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Massimo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fiddler as he jumps to the side.
Fiddler throws a low kick but Massimo avoids it.
Massimo takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Fiddler throws a quick inside leg kick.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Fiddler! Massimo is out on his feet! Fiddler rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Massimo is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Massimo is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
