The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Babe crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Qabbani - the referee stops the clock and Babe gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Qabbani. Babe manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Babe swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Qabbani ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Babe looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Qabbani looks to land a combination but Babe avoids it well.
Qabbani goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Qabbani throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Babe wants to clinch.
Qabbani has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Good leg kick by Qabbani there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Babe takes the fight into the clinch.
Babe misses with some punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Babe lands a body shot in the clinch.

Qabbani manages to break the clinch.
Qabbani looks to land a body kick but Babe moved away.
Babe throws the left hand but Qabbani avoids the punch easily.
Babe blocks a head kick by Qabbani.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Qabbani.
Babe tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Qabbani was well out of range. Poor timing from Babe.
Abe Babe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Babe tries a low kick but Qabbani avoids it.
Qabbani connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Qabbani lands with an overhand left.
Babe doesn't manage to clinch there - Qabbani circles away.
Qabbani is looking to land body kicks.
Qabbani swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A looping hook to the body misses from Babe. Qabbani does a little dance to reset his feet.
Nice defenses there by Qabbani.
Babe just misses with a punch to the body.
Qabbani with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Babe throws a body punch but Qabbani moves out of range.
Babe tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Qabbani manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Qabbani explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

Qabbani connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Qabbani keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Babe.
Babe ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Qabbani walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Babe checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Babe misses with a left hand

and Qabbani counters with a head kick that drops Babe to the mat! Babe scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Babe is rocked!
Qabbani should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Qabbani scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Oh Babe is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Qabbani thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Babe if he has to take too many more of those.
Qabbani pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Qabbani swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Crack! A monster head kick from Qabbani and Babe falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Qabbani!
