Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Skyler Myles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Nevin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nevin comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Twin Atlantic - Free kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Myles shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nevin sprawls well. Nevin wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Myles gets slowly back to his feet.
Nevin dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Myles. That did some damage!
Myles walks into a straight right hand from Nevin.
Myles tries to close the distance and clinch up but Nevin swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Nevin lands a head shot.
Myles misses with a takedown attempt - Nevin sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Myles tries to clinch but Nevin is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nevin lands a nice looking body shot.
Myles is looking to clinch but Nevin is avoiding it.
Nevin throws the left hand but Myles avoids the punch easily.
Myles throws a series of punches but Nevin avoids them all with ease.

Myles closes this distance looking for a takedown but Nevin circles away.

Myles walks into a straight right hand from Nevin.
Myles blocks the body kick.
Nevin misses with a kick to the body.
Myles tries to close the distance and clinch up but Nevin swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Nevin has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Nevin throws a good cross that connects.
Myles steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Nevin. That one must have hurt.
Bill Nevin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Nevin darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Myles goes for a double leg but Nevin avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Nevin continues to drive forward.
Myles wants a takedown.
Nevin swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Myles is trying to pull guard but Nevin turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Myles keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Nevin's efforts to push away.

Myles pulls guard.

Nevin stands and steps away. Myles gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Myles tries to clinch up but Nevin circles away and keeps his distance.
Nevin misses the shot to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Myles shoots in for a takedown but Nevin shows good takedown defense.
Myles darts in looking for a takedown but Nevin gets double underhooks and turns Myles into the cage.
Nevin lands a body shot in the clinch.
Nevin is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Myles is trying to break the clinch but Nevin has him pressed against the cage.
Nevin digs a right hand underneath Myles's ribcage. Myles let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Myles breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Myles shoots in looking for a takedown. Nevin tries to sprawl out of it but Myles keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nevin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nevin scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Myles uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Nevin.
Nevin on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Myles. Myles obviously looking to wear him down.
Myles tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nevin swivels and escapes.
Nevin misses with a body kick.
A chopping leg kick lands by Nevin.
Nevin scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Nevin swinging wildly here.
Nevin throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Nevin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Myles was well out of range. Poor timing from Nevin.
A low kick from Nevin is predictable there

and Myles counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Nevin wants to get back to striking at distance but Myles won't allow it.
Myles is trying to pull guard but Nevin has him pressed against the cage.
Nevin lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Nevin lands a nice uppercut.

Myles is rocked!
Nevin creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Myles's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Myles drops to his knees and Nevin pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
