The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riddick lands a right hook to the body.

O Palmeiras darts in and clinches Riddick up against the cage.
O Palmeiras has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Riddick is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Riddick pushes O Palmeiras back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Riddick pushes off an throws an elbow but O Palmeiras leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

A frustrated look appears on O Palmeiras's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Riddick escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Nunca Subestime O Palmeiras opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
