Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rajja Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sven S Svensson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Svensson has chosen Muay Thai as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 10 - 2, fighting out of London, Rajja Khan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Sven S Svensson!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan misses with a kick to the body.
Khan loads up on a big right hand but Svensson slips the punch.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Svensson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Khan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Khan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Khan takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Svensson finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Khan shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Svensson defends it nicely.

Svensson closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Svensson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Khan manages to get himself to full guard.

Svensson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Khan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Svensson has managed to get both his arms back between Khan's legs - danger averted.

Khan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Svensson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Svensson has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Khan is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Svensson.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Svensson is trying to get back to his feet.
Khan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Svensson keeps working.

Horrible takedown attempt by Khan or perhaps it was just good defense by Svensson, which made it look bad.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Svensson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Khan.
Khan wants to slow Svensson down by chopping away at his legs.
Svensson lands a really nice looking cross but Khan seems unphased.

Svensson throws a nice looking combination but Khan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
