The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Bruno Hogan and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCraw throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Melo was covering up waiting for the punch and McCraw finishes the takedown easily into guard.
McCraw works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Melo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McCraw on the ground.

Melo is looking to control McCraw's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Melo avoid being mounted?
McCraw seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Melo wants to control but McCraw is keeping busy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

McCraw uses his free foot to push down on Melo's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Melo.

McCraw cracks Melo with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
