Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Byrd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Finley Boffy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Christopher Byrd!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Finley Boffy!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Ben Watson and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Byrd takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
It looks like Christopher Byrd has been cut.
Byrd wants to clinch up but Boffy keeps it at a distance.
Byrd really is a fat lump.
Byrd changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Boffy tries to avoid it but Byrd manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Boffy to the ground. Boffy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Boffy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Byrd circles away quickly and effectively.
Boffy throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Boffy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Byrd fails with the takedown.
Byrd is looking to clinch.
Boffy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Byrd looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Boffy is fending him off so far but Byrd persists. Nope, Boffy circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Christopher Byrd. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Some wild striking there from Boffy.
A combination from Boffy does no damage.

Boffy lands a right hook to the body.
Boffy throws a left and a right that both miss
and Byrd counters with a single leg into guard. Boffy didn't expect that.
Byrd drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Boffy manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Byrd has Boffy in his guard.
Byrd pulls Boffy in close to prevent any damage.
Boffy wants to stand but Byrd is controlling his posture from full guard.
Boffy stands and steps away. Byrd gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Boffy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Byrd fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Boffy to the ground. Byrd is now in Boffy's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Byrd controls from within his opponent's guard.
Byrd stands and steps away. Boffy gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Boffy misses with a two punch combination.
Boffy scores with a three punch combo!
Byrd takes a swing at Boffy's ribcage but misses.
Boffy misses with a jab, cross combination.
Boffy keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Boffy looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Boffy is pawing at Byrd, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Byrd's nose. Byrd is badly hurt! Boffy pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Byrd tries desperately to hold on but Boffy is relentless in his assault! As Byrd receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Boffy away and this one is in the books!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Finley Boffy!
