Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bernardo Marcias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaba Meshdej (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marcias comes to the cage accompanied by Cisco Kid. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marcias avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Meshdej.
Meshdej takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Meshdej takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Meshdej throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Marcias was covering up waiting for the punch and Meshdej finishes the takedown easily into guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Meshdej shoots for a double leg takedown but Marcias sprawls well. He's pushed Meshdej's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Marcias leaves Meshdej with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
