Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Psycho Jarman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Cal Naughton!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Joseph Jones and Russell Pearce.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Naughton looks to throw the jab but Jarman is out of range.
Naughton throws a series of punches but Jarman moves out of range.
Naughton ducks under a wild hook from Jarman.
Nice shot lands for Naughton.
Naughton tries to bum rush Jarman with a series of wild strikes but Jarman uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jarman swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jab by Naughton.
Naughton misses with an uppercut. Jarman saw that one coming.
Naughton displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jarman.
Naughton misses with a head kick.
Jarman steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Naughton.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Naughton throws a series of punches but Jarman moves out of range.
Naughton lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
The fighters circling - Jarman throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A telegraphed right hand from Jarman misses the target.
Naughton throws a body shot but no joy.
Naughton throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Jarman ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Naughton connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Jarman momentarily.
Jarman looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Jarman misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Jarman is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Naughton's half guard.
Jarman is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Jarman is trying to control the action in half guard but Naughton is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Jarman is looking for a kimura here.

Jarman is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Naughton sees it coming and defends easily.

Jarman stalling.
Naughton tries to kick Jarman off but Jarman keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Jarman trying to mount his opponent but Naughton defends it.
Jarman is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Naughton really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jarman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jarman slips nicely into half guard.
Naughton tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Jarman manages to move to mount!

Jarman goes for an armbar but Naughton turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Naughton.
Jarman has a closed guard, preventing Naughton from standing up.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Naughton wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Jarman's closed guard. He's half up but Jarman has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Jarman pivots and extends the arm, Naughton falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Jarman! Well done that man!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Psycho Jarman!
After the big win, Psycho Jarman made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Dynamo Clothing and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
The defeated Cal Naughton had this to say: 'I wet my bed until I was nineteen. There's no shame in that! Ain't no shame in losing either.. Shake N Bake!'.
