Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anzor Greene (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edward Durden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Greene comes to the cage accompanied by Skindred - Nobody. Durden has chosen Monster as his entrance music. Edward Durden acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anzor Greene!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Edward Durden!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Greene fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Durden to the ground. Greene is now in Durden's guard.
Greene postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Greene distracts Durden with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Durden working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Greene doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Greene manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Durden has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Greene can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Durden escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Greene gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Durden drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Durden jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Durden wants to free his trapped foot but Greene is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Durden stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Greene swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Greene got a little sloppy there for a moment and Durden has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Greene has managed to get both his arms back between Durden's legs - danger averted.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close second round but I would say that Anzor Greene will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Durden takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Durden drops back looking for a leg! Greene is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Greene manages to kick Durden off! Durden jumps back into Greene's guard.

Greene kicks Durden off and gets to his feet.
Greene swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Greene, as that shot connected.

Greene shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Durden bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Greene's guard.

Greene looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Durden trying to control but Greene is working from the bottom.
Durden might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Greene haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
