The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Dirk Anderson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moss ducks under a wild hook from Joy.
Joy circles away from the clinch attempt.
Moss throws a series of punches but Joy moves out of range.
Kill Joy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Joy throws a shot from downtown. Moss moves away and avoids it.
Moss closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Joy to the mat! Joy manages to get full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Joy looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Moss looking to pass the guard.
Moss is looking to stand up but Joy won't let him.
Joy escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Moss gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Joy being controlled here, momentarily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Joy is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Moss frees his head nicely. Oh but Joy has switched to an armbar! Moss is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
