Van Steyne comes into the arena with When Angels Cry blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jewpacabra blocks a leg kick.
Jewpacabra tries to clinch up.
Jewpacabra lands with a kick to the temple. Van Steyne shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Jewpacabra takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Van Steyne connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Jewpacabra's hands.
Jewpacabra looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jewpacabra misses with an uppercut. Van Steyne saw that one coming.
Jewpacabra doesn't manage to clinch there - Van Steyne circles away.
Jewpacabra smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Jewpacabra lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jewpacabra ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Van Steyne moves away.
Van Steyne throws a leg kick
and Jewpacabra counters with a low kick, right behind Van Steyne 's knee.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jewpacabra swings for the body but Van Steyne moves out of range.
Jewpacabra lands a nice shot to the body.
Jewpacabra scores with a head kick.
Jewpacabra slips under a jab from Van Steyne.
Van Steyne closes the distance and catches Jewpacabra with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Jewpacabra is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Jewpacabra is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Jewpacabra is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Van Steyne takes it!
