Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Victor Zsasz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Snake Shadow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zsasz comes to the cage accompanied by 2Pac: When We Ride ft. Outlawz. Shadow has chosen Snake in the Eagles Shadow as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shadow lands with an overhand left.
Shadow misses with a jab to the body
and Zsasz counters with a slapping leg kick.
Zsasz lands a jab to the nose.
A low kick from Shadow misses
and Zsasz counters with a leg kick.
Good leg kick by Zsasz there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Shadow misses with a looping right.

Zsasz closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Zsasz misses with a knee strike.
Zsasz doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Shadow blocks an uppercut.
Zsasz swings wildly with an uppercut but Shadow uses good head movement to avoid it.
Shadow can't find room to land a body shot as Zsasz controls the action.

Shadow had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Zsasz defends it easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Zsasz wants to pass the guard but Shadow is keeping the position.
Shadow keeping moving, preventing Zsasz from controlling successfully.

Zsasz would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Shadow not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Zsasz fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Shadow has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Shadow misses with a wild body shot.
Zsasz throws a head kick but Shadow moves out of range.
Shadow slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Zsasz stuns Shadow with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Donk. Shadow catches Zsasz right on the button with a cross.
Shadow throws out a loose jab but Zsasz uses good head movement to avoid it.
Shadow clobbers Zsasz with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Zsasz seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Zsasz closes the distance and clinches.
A nice left hand lands by Shadow.
Zsasz scores with a shot to the side of Shadow's head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Zsasz tries to work over Shadow's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

The referee is keeping an eye on Shadow - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Zsasz lands a right hand that snaps the head of Shadow backwards.

Zsasz is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Shadow can do to turn this around?
Donk. Zsasz catches Shadow right on the button with a cross.
Zsasz lands with a kick to the ribs.
Zsasz avoids the body shot from Shadow.
Zsasz half committed to a counter leg kick.
Zsasz lands a leg kick that knocks Shadow off balance momentarily.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Zsasz here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Shadow is looking to control Zsasz's arms but Zsasz gets an underhook and turns him. Now Shadow has his back to the cage.

Zsasz makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Zsasz tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Zsasz lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Shadow wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Zsasz has him pressed against the cage.

Zsasz has a couple of punches blocked by Shadow.
Zsasz lands a good knee to the midsection. Shadow won't want to take too many of those.
