Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Abu Papu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Austin Fowler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Papu's entrance music is abu theme. A fine choice. Fowler has chosen "On The Hunt" by Lynyrd Skynyrd as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Abu Papu had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Abu Papu is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Austin Fowler!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Luis Engracia and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fowler has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Papu.

Fowler closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Fowler thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Papu's head.

Fowler maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Papu could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Fowler has cracked it and Papu is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Fowler!
