Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Pano Mies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlito Brigante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mies misses with an attempted mid kick.

Brigante connects with an inside leg kick.
Mies throws a lazy right hand but Brigante sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Brigante is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Mies throws a looping overhand right but Brigante ducks down to avoid it.
Brigante looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Mies throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mies throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Brigante slips a straight right by Mies.

Mies looks to score with a jab to the body but Brigante is just out of range.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mies fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Brigante manages to avoid it.

Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5,6... it doesn't look like he's going to make it! Mies face plants back to the mat and the referee calls off the fight! Brigante takes it with a brutal technical knockout!
