Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duke Nukem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nigel Pykrete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pykrete has chosen Papa was a Rolling Stone as his entrance music. Nigel Pykrete will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nigel Pykrete!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nukem throws a nice outside leg kick.
Nukem seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Nukem shoots in for a takedown but Pykrete shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Pykrete drives through with a takedown into Nukem's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Nukem working for a triangle but Pykrete defends it easily.
Nukem is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Pykrete throws a strike but Nukem rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Pykrete is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pykrete has control of Nukem's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Nukem regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Nukem is staying active underneath Pykrete, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Nukem might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

My spies in Ryōzanpaku Dojo inform me that Pykrete has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Pykrete closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Nukem quickly recovers to half guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pykrete working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Pykrete slips a nice elbow through Nukem's hands, connecting with Nukem's forehead.

Pykrete has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Pykrete lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Nukem quite badly. Nukem pulls Pykrete in close trying to recover. Pykrete postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Nukem on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Nukem doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nigel Pykrete!
After winning the bout, Nigel Pykrete thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
