Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Raymond Holt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Lamb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Holt's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Brooklyn Nine-Nine Theme Song. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holt works the jab nicely.

It looks like Nate Lamb has been cut.
Lamb misses with an attempted mid kick.
Lamb throws a push kick but Holt slaps the foot to one side.

The fight stays on the outside here - Lamb looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Holt seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Holt looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Lamb throws a poor cross that misses
and Holt counters with a stiff right hand.
Lamb throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Holt drops Lamb with a beautiful combination! Lamb stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Holt is looking for the KO!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lamb leaves his chin hanging out and Holt seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Lamb crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

As Raymond Holt got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: Wow! I mean I came in badly needing a win and I promised myself to give it all I got.
