Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Danny Trejo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marty Garcilazo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Marty Garcilazo!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Donald Grub and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trejo throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Trejo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Garcilazo's guard.
Garcilazo is looking to stand up but Trejo isn't so interested in that idea.
Trejo is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at SWF GYM - JUDO 'n' MMA that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Garcilazo is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Trejo has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Garcilazo is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Trejo asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Garcilazo is stalking Trejo. Trejo circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Garcilazo, and it's lights out! Trejo really payed the price for that rookie mistake.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Marty Garcilazo!
In his post fight interview, Marty Garcilazo started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
