The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fl as he jumps to the side.
Fl dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Williams fails with an attempt to clinch.
Fl lands a nice looking body shot.
Wo Fl seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Williams shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Fl connects with a body shot that sends Williams's belly button to the back.
Fl throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Williams on the side of the head.
Williams tries to score a power double leg takedown but Fl sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Williams somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gordon Williams. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fl scores with a jab to the body.
Williams is breathing heavily.

Fl sends Williams crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Fl is motioning to the referee to let Williams up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fl lands a brutal uppercut that launches Williams off his feet! Williams tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
