Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matthew Connor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pavel Sherbo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Sherbo's choice of entrance music: Take Back the Power/ The Interrupters . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sherbo swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sherbo scores with a jab.
It looks like Matthew Connor has been cut.
Connor has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Bruize Brothers in the buildup to the fight.
Sherbo lands a jab to the head.
Sherbo pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Connor back to the cage. Sherbo follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Sherbo lands a right hook to the body.
Connor thuds a left hand into Sherbo's body.
Sherbo takes one on the button.
Connor scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sherbo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sherbo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Connor manages to avoid it.
Connor ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sherbo moves away.
Sherbo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Connor.
Sherbo throws out a counter right but Connor avoids it with no problem.
Connor works the jab nicely.
Good standup being displayed there by Connor as he connects with a hook.
Connor connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Sherbo's hands.
Sherbo throws a jab but it's blocked by Connor.
Sherbo connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Connor momentarily.
Sherbo moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Connor cracks a nice hook into Sherbo's ribs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Connor uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Connor is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Sherbo needs to keep his hands up - Connor had a free shot at his head there.
Sherbo cracks a nice hook into Connor's ribs.
Sherbo cracks Connor with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Connor falls to his knees and Sherbo doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pavel Sherbo!
Pavel Sherbo gave a mention to GREEN!160 in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
