Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maki Pulu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ishmail Uhmanah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pulu comes to the cage accompanied by Alive. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uhmanah lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Maki Pulu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Uhmanah lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Pulu backs up against the cage.

and Uhmanah counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Pulu shoots in for a takedown but Uhmanah shows good takedown defense.
A decent looking cross lands there for Uhmanah.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pulu goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Uhmanah rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Pulu's guard! Nice work there by Uhmanah!

Uhmanah has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Pulu is proving hard to escape from.

Pulu is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Uhmanah defends well.
