Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cooper Abreu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Abreu's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Die for Metal. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cooper Abreu!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 9 - 1, fighting out of London, Ricardo Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abreu tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Ricardo Gracie showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Abreu lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
